This durable 22-gauge 300-Series stainless steel pan features the finest triple-bond SteelCoat x3™ nonstick interior in black to enhance both hot and cold food presentation. Resistant to dents and dings, this pan has strong, reinforced spout-shaped corners that make it easy to pour and scoop out food. The pan also features flat edges with higher rims to prevent loss of steam for increased efficiency. Antijam stacking lugs enable easy separation and lifting of the pan. This pan has a temperature tolerance of -20°F to 450°F (-28°C to 230°C). Not for use with metal utensils.
