How do I find the products or equipment I’m looking for?
Our online catalog includes tens of thousands of SKUs and counting. If you know what you’re looking for, simply use the search bar to find it. You can also browse by category or use filters to narrow your search.
Can’t find a specific item? No problem. We prioritize listing our most popular products online, but we can source virtually any foodservice equipment or supply you may need. Contact our team, and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I purchase items directly from the website?
No. Our website serves as an online product catalog where you can add items to a quote request. Once you submit your request, a member of our team will contact you with pricing, availability, and any additional information you need.
What is Customer Portal?
We'll create a personalized portal containing the products you purchase most often. Simply select the items and quantities you need, submit your quote request, and your dedicated sales representative will prepare a formal quote for your approval before your order is processed.
How do I get a Customer Order Portal set up for my business?
Contact our team at info@samtell.com or submit a request through our contact form. We'll work with you to create a personalized ordering portal for your business.
Why isn’t pricing displayed on the website?
We do not display pricing on our site for two reasons:
- Pricing in the foodservice industry changes frequently, and we want to provide you with the most accurate and competitive pricing available.
- Many orders require custom configurations, volume pricing, or project-specific recommendations. By working directly with our team, we can ensure you receive the right products at the best value.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We operate our own fleet of trucks and drivers, providing deliveries throughout the tri-state area five days a week.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for customers located within our regular tri-state delivery routes.
Many in-stock items are available for next-day delivery from our Farmingdale warehouses. For products that aren't currently in stock, we'll bring them into our warehouse and deliver them directly to you as soon as they're available.
Where do you deliver to?
We provide truck deliveries throughout the tri-state area five days a week.
For customers outside the tri-state area, we ship nationwide using FedEx and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
What’s Your Delivery Schedule?
We make deliveries throughout the tri-state area Monday through Friday.
Orders shipping outside our local delivery area are typically shipped after your order has been confirmed.
Will I have a dedicated sales representative?
Yes. Every customer is assigned a dedicated sales representative who serves as your primary point of contact. Your rep will help with product recommendations, quotes, order management, and ongoing support to make purchasing simple and efficient.
